The Ectolanguage Organism ⓔⓛⓞ

The Ectolanguage Organism ⓔⓛⓞ was born on 28 April 2021 in order to protect the following eight new ectolanguages from the interference of any other authority, linguistic or otherwise: Ectoenglishⓔ, ectoitalianoⓘ, ectofrançaisⓕ, 外中文ⓩ, ⓗאַקטועִברִית, ectolatinaⓛ, εκτοελληνικάⓖ, and ⓞoɔƨooɈɔɘ — or Ectoenglish, Ectoitalian, Ectofrench, Ectochinese, Ectohebrew, Ectolatin, Ectogreek, and Ectooscan†.

It should be noted that the Ectolanguage Organism is not some linguistic authority, but a natural language organism. In fact, the Ectolanguage Organism is the first societal organism.

This means that the Ectolanguage Organism is not a corporation, or a fake tribe, but a new linguistic paradigm or genus led by Kaisiris Tallini, which started as a natural process of language renewal when UMMOA English (UGV; en-UGV; ⓤ) was born as "Fifth World English" on 02.06.2011, or almost ten years ago.

UMMOA English became authoritative in AcronymFinder.com by 03.10.2014, and was judged as an English language variety, variant, or lect by SIL International on 18.04.2019 — assessment provided by Melinda Lyons, ISO 639-3 registration authority for SIL International.

Having discovered on 29.12.2020, through interactions with the Cambridge Dictionary team, that more societal and natural, and less political and juridical language evolution and development was impossible without "linguistic gatekeepers" getting in the way, who fulfil the agenda of linguistic register keepers, not actual language evolution researchers, since 30.12.2020 UMMOA English is called Ectoenglish (ⓔ; een), the world's first ectolanguage.

Kaisiris has also started to develop other ectolanguages besides Ectoenglishⓔ, ectoitalianoⓘ [Ectoitalian], and ⓞoɔƨooɈɔɘ [Ectooscan], such as ectofrançaisⓕ [Ectofrench], 外中文ⓩ [Ectochinese], ⓗאַקטועִברִית [Ectohebrew], ectolatinaⓛ [Ectolatin], and εκτοελληνικάⓖ [Ectogreek], and these ectolanguages will continue to develop both naturally, and without external interference from any other authority, linguistic or otherwise.

† The Logos of Ectoenglishⓔ, but also of any of the other seven ectolanguages, will be Kaisiris Tallini‡. It should be noted that the Oxford English Dictionary, the Accademia della Crusca, the Académie française, the 国家语言文字工作委员会 (State Language Work Committee), the האקדמיה ללשון העברית [Academy of the Hebrew Language], the Pontificia Academia Latinitatis (Pontifical Academy for Latin), or the Κέντρον Ελληνικής Γλώσσας (Center for the Greek Language) will neither be consulted, nor heard concerning any of the first seven ectolanguages, and the Logos of the Ectolanguage Organism ⓔⓛⓞ is the sole Logos for ⓞoɔƨooɈɔɘ or Ectooscan, his personal creation. The ⓔ, ⓘ, ⓕ, ⓩ, ⓗ, ⓛ, ⓖ, and ⓞ symbols, shall be the exclusive, Solar System-wide symbols of Ectoenglish, Ectoitalian, Ectofrench, Ectochinese, Ectohebrew, Ectolatin, Ectogreek, and Ectooscan respectively. The ⓤ symbol was used in the past for UMMOA or UGV English, and shall continue to be used for ectohistorical purposes, and the ⓟⓜ symbol stands for Print Monopoly, which means the contents may not be copied without permission in any language.

‡ Kaisiris Tallini is also Secretary of the Office of the Geographer, Ethnographer, and Linguist (OGEL), which is part of the Paradiplomatic Affairs (PdA) agency. The OGEL discovered and verified the existence of a single "Third World micronation" on 21.06.2015; pioneered societal geography, now called ectogeography, on 25.05.2016; and was the first organisation to petition Facebook in an effort to translate its content into the Talossan language on 26.10.2016, all of this even prior to the launch of the OGEL itself on 04.12.2016. Later the OGEL explained the process of Talossan language content translation to a Member of the Comità per l'Útzil del Glheþ or CUG. The OGEL has also pioneered ectogeology on 01.12.2017; Cesidian psychology on 24.03.2020; coined the terms ectopolitical and ectopolitics on 29.12.2020; the terms ectojournalism, ectohistorian, and ectohistory on 15.01.2021; the terms Ectoenglishⓔ, Ectoitalianⓘ, ectolanguages, and ectolinguistics on 30.01.2021; established the foundations of ectoastronomy on 18.03.2021; and finally solidified the rationale for the alternative Indigo race or genus on 16.04.2021. So Kaisiris Tallini is the supreme and final authority in many new fields of science within his community, and considers himself without peers in the new fields he has pioneered.
