Centimilliday introduced into Cyberterra Mean Time format

The centimilliday (cmd) has been introduced into the Cyberterra Mean Time format (CMTf) on 15 March 2022.

Cyberterra, a point in the Adriatic Sea with the terrestrial coordinates of 43°0'0" North and 15°0'0" East, and not very far from Jabuka (Pomo) island, which is claimed by Croatia today, not only has its own specific time zone, but in fact it follows an entirely different new date and time format.

The Cyberterra Mean Time standard (CMTs) is simply the UTC+1 hour time standard.

The Cyberterra Mean Time format (CMTf), on the other hand, is a combination of the Cesidian calendar week (w), day of the week (wd), date (dt), and the time in millidays (md), or thousandths of a day, according to UTC+1 hour.

According to this date and time format, the approximate moment of Kaisiris Tallini's birth is S1Ψ26E1962•229.

This notation stands for the week (w) of S1; the day of the week (wd) of Neptunday [Ψ]; the date (dt) of 26 Edison 1962; and the time of 229 millidays (md), so the Cyberterra Mean Time format (CMTf), when the approximate time of the day is taken into account in the notation, is almost always shown in the milliday (md) form, which is of sufficient precision for most daily purposes.

It should be noted, however, that the Swiss watchmaker Swatch also represents time in the centimilliday (cmd) form on the SwatchClock.com website, so in rare cases the CMTf's time component could actually be shown with centimilliday (cmd) precision, when such precision is warranted.

Real world example: Kaisiris Tallini's date and time of birth in the Cyberterra Mean Time format (CMTf) could be logically shown as S1Ψ26E1962•229.16, but only if one needs to show, and/or can certify, that he was born exactly at the time of 5:30 Cyberterra Mean Time (CMT) on that day, which is approximately 229.16 centimillidays (cmd).

Note

According to the scholar Jeanne Desmarets, who has done research on the foreign and diplomatic policy of the Republic of San Marco (Venice), and especially its relations with the Republic of Ragusa (Sicily) and the Ottoman Empire, in the Treaty of Rapallo of 1920, the issue of the island of Lissa (Vis), and the nearby islands of Busi (Biševo), Sant'Andrea (Svetac), and Pomo (Jabuka), which had first been insistently requested from Italy together with the islands of Carnaro, Pelagosa, and Lagosta, was resolved by saying that they were under the sovereignty of the Kingdom of the Serbs-Croats-Slovenes. Yet Pomo (Jabuka) is not expressly mentioned as the other two islands — apparently Busi (Biševo) and Sant'Andrea (Svetac) — in the Treaty of Rapallo (1920), so Pomo (Jabuka) may actually be terra nullius, or "nobody's land" in disguise.
